The EAC and federal approval position the Eskay Creek project for further development following a comprehensive review process. The EAC was issued by the British Columbia Minister of Mining & Critical Minerals and the Minister of Environment & Parks, with joint approval from the Tahltan Central Government. Skeena Resources noted that the assessment results were reviewed by Canada's Minister of Environment and Climate Change.
