Sept. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Richmond American Homes of New Mexico, Inc., a subsidiary of Sekisui House U.S., Inc., is pleased to announce that it has closed on 53 homesites in Rio Rancho. The land is set to become Broadmoor West—a new phase at Broadmoor Heights ( RichmondAmerican.com/BroadmoorHeights ), a popular Albuquerque-area masterplan. It will be the eighth Richmond American Homes community to make its debut in New Mexico.
