LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Skillz Inc. (“Skillz” or “the Company”) (NYSE: SKLZ) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Skillz disclosed in a SEC filing on September 2, 2025, that Tether Studios and its affiliate planned to terminate all agreements with the Company effective September 1, 2025. The Company had licensed software to Tether for games monetization in exchange for revenue sharing. The Company then filed a lawsuit to block the termination of the agreements.
