Declares Quarterly Dividend of 31.25 Cents per Share GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tanger® (NYSE: SKT), a leading owner and operator of outlet and other open-air retail shopping destinations, announced today that its Board of Directors approved a 6.8% increase in the dividend on its common shares from $1.17 to $1.25 per share on an annualized basis. Simultaneously, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3125 per share, payable on May 15, 2026 to common shareholders of record on April 30, 2026.“Our dividend increase reflects the strength of Tanger’s operating platform, cash flow growth, and the discipline of our capital allocation strategy,” said Stephen Yalof, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our well-positioned balance sheet and low dividend payout ratio provide Tanger with the liquidity and flexibility to continue to invest in our long-term growth initiatives and create long-term value for our stakeholders through asset appreciation and divide
