LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Center Capital Partners (“Center”), an LA-based platform investor specializing in alternative, niche, and fragmented real-estate assets, announced the successful closing of its second fund within the industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”) sector under its Terminal Logistics platform. The firm raised $125 million in combined equity across Terminal Logistics Fund II and a joint-venture partnership.
