The firm raised $125 million in combined equity across Terminal Logistics Fund II and a joint-venture partnership. The equity raise gives Center the ability to deploy over $350 million in gross IOS acquisitions Terminal Logistics, Center's latest vertical dedicated exclusively to the Industrial Outdoor Storage sector, is built around the conviction that IOS represents a supply constrained, fragmented real estate sector with strong structural demand, growing institutional capital, and attractive risk-adjusted returns.
