NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG), Manhattan’s largest office landlord, today announced that its board of directors has declared a monthly dividend of $0.295 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2020.“We remain focused on a strategy of carefully managing liquidity by continuing to pay dividends on a monthly basis, while rewarding our shareholders by maintaining our cash dividend at its current level, equating to a substantial dividend yield of 7.7% on an annual basis,” said Matt DiLiberto, Chief Financial Officer of SL Green.About SL GreenSL Green Realty Corp., an S&P 500 company and Manhattan's largest office landlord, is a fully integrated real estate investment trust, or REIT, that is focused primarily on acquiring, managing and maximizing value of Manhattan commercial properties.
