A deal with Moroccanoil, a luxury and body-care company, broke the 90% leased mark at the tower, where 91.5 % of its 1.1 million square feet are now committed, up from 85% in January. The 10-year deal covers 39,799 square feet on the entire 33rd floor and part of the 32nd floor. At the same time, Carnegie Diner & Cafe opened on the ground floor after a Con Ed delay. The cafe and sister eatery Delos, a Greek restaurant, take up the tower's teeming 47th Street corner. Delos is due to open next month. 1185 Sixth Ave. is now 91.5% leased, up from 85% in January. Google Maps Carnegie Diner & Cafe recently opened on the ground floor at 1185 Sixth Ave. after a Con Ed delay. mentistudio.com Moroccanoil will move from 135 E. 57th Street which is being converted to apartments.
