Acquisition Further Expands Closures Franchise Into New Markets STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silgan Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq:SLGN), a leading supplier of rigid packaging for consumer goods products, announced today that it has acquired Cobra Plastics, Inc.
