(NYSE: SLQT) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company received a notice (the “Notice”) from the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) indicating that the Company is no longer in compliance with Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual because the average closing price of the Company’s common stock was less than $1.00 per share over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.The Company recently reported strong fiscal second quarter 2026 results on February 5th. Earlier this year, the Company executed a new $415 million credit facility which extends the majority of its debt maturities to 2031. SelectQuote’s strong liquidity position and robust operating cash flow outlook provide the Company operational flexibility to execute its strategy and achieve its goals.
