(“SmartStop”) (NYSE: SMA), an internally managed real estate investment trust and a premier owner and operator of self-storage facilities in the United States and Canada, announced that it will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, after market close on November 5, 2025.Management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results on November 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. During the call, company officers will review operating performance, discuss recent events, and conduct a question-and-answer session.
