it is progressing with the development of ivonescimab in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and colorectal cancer (CRC). It's undertaking multiregional Phase III clinical trials. Summit Therapeutics Inc. (SMMT) Focused on Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Trial of Ivonescimab In addition, the company has engaged GORTEC, a European Head and Neck Oncology and Radiotherapy Group, to activate clinical sites in a phase III clinical study. The trial is to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy and ivonescimab in combination with ligufalimab, Akeso's proprietary anti-CD47 monoclonal. The US Food and Drug Administration has already accepted the company's Biologics License Application (BLA) filing for ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy. The company has also partnered with GSK plc to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with B7-H3 and risvutatug rezetecan in multiple solid tumors.
