Adjusted Net Income: Q4 adjusted net income was $106 million, compared to $116 million in the prior year. Full-Year Adjusted Net Income: $293 million, down from $370 million in the prior year. Operating Profit: $528 million in 2025, compared to $629 million in 2024. Free Cash Flow: Q4 free cash flow was $170 million, an improvement of $35 million from the same period in the prior year. Net Debt: Approximately $1.1 billion at the end of the year, with a leverage ratio of 1.8 times adjusted EBITDA.
