SMX recently expanded its circular-rubber platform into latex/rubber gloves, but the initiative remains a pilot without clear revenue-bearing commercial contracts. They have interesting rubber applications, but are largely in pilots or trials. Plus, there's limited evidence of scaled rollouts or proven product-market fit. Despite regulatory tailwinds like the EU Digital Product Passport, SMX currently lacks meaningful revenue to justify its elevated valuation. That's why I feel SMX's current valuation still looks relatively uncertain, which is why I ultimately lean towards a “Hold” rating.
