reported fourth-quarter 2025 financial results that included a much wider-than-expected loss and raised serious concerns about its financial health. The bedding company posted a GAAP quarterly loss of $2.55 per share, which was significantly worse than analyst expectations for a loss of $0.55 per share and a sharp decline from the $0.21 per share loss reported a year earlier. While revenue of $347.4 million beat estimates, it still fell 7.8% year on year. The earnings report also highlighted pressing balance sheet issues, as the company's debt of $942.5 million far exceeds its cash of just $1.69 million. This significant leverage for a loss-making company raised concerns among investors about its ability to continue operating without raising more capital.
