confirmed the expanding deployment of Evolve TM Rat Birth Control in the Wicker Park Bucktown Special Service Area of Chicago The new program from the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce has crews installing bait boxes with Evolve Rat in alleys behind several major thoroughfares in the neighborhoods. The goal, according to Alice Howe , Special Service Area N. 33 Program Manager, is to control the rat population without the toxins and poisons that pose a risk to many other animals in the city as well as water supplies. The program, which garnered extensive media coverage, is the latest in SenesTech's rodent birth control TM deployments. In September, the New York City Council voted to launch a rat contraceptive pilot program, which is expected to commence shortly.
