Vancouver, BC, Jan. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aben Gold Corp. (TSX-V: ABM (OTCID: ABNAF ) (Frankfurt: ML1 (“Aben” or “the Company”) announces that it has closed a non-brokered private placement financing for total gross proceeds of CAD $400,000 (the “ Private Placement ”). Aben has allotted and issued 5,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of CAD $0.08 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one warrant (the “Warrants”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of two (2) years at a price of CAD $0.12 per share. Management and Board, as insiders of the Company, has subscribed for an aggregate 550,000 Units for gross proceeds of $44,000. The issuance of the Units to the insiders is considered a related party transaction subject to Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions ("MI 61-101").
