Good afternoon. Next up, we're very happy to have Pinnacle Financial Partners, as well as Synovus Financial with us this afternoon, as most know in July. Both banks announced an agreement to combine in an all-stock transaction creating a high-performing regional bank focused on the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast. Combined assets at that point, $116 billion. On a pro forma basis, the company is expected to generate top quartile revenue and net income growth and the best efficiency ratio among their peer group looking out into 2027. With us today, we have Terry Turner, President and CEO of Pinnacle. Positions that he's held since the bank was founded back in 2000.
