Sanofi ( NASDAQ:SNY ) agreed to buy the U.S. vaccine company in a cash deal valued at about $2.2 billion. Under the terms , Sanofi will pay $15.50 per share in cash, representing a premium of roughly 39% to Dynavax's previous close.
