Sanofi’s Board of Directors proposes the appointment of Christel Heydemann as an independent director Paris, March 5, 2026. The Board of Directors of Sanofi has decided to propose, at the next Annual General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for April 29, 2026, the appointment of Christel Heydemann as an independent director, as well as the renewal of the mandates of Christophe Babule and Jean-Paul Kress. Patrick Kron, independent director and Chairman of the Nomination, Governance and CSR Committee, will step down from the Board at the end of his term, which will expire at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 29. The Board warmly thanks Patrick Kron for his decisive contribution to its work over the past 12 years, particularly with respect to key governance decisions. Christel Heydemann has been Chief Executive Officer of the Orange Group since April 2022, after serving as a member of the Board of Directors from July 2017. She began her career at Alcatel in 1999, where
