ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Volato Group, Inc. (the “Company” or “Volato”) (NYSE American: SOAR), today announced that it has elected to pause its at-the-market equity offering program (“ATM”) through June 30, 2026.The decision reflects Volato’s current liquidity position and management’s focus on maximizing shareholder value while executing on near-term operational milestones.
