(NYSE American: SOAR) ("Volato"), today announced that its experiential private aviation platform, Vaunt, will be attending the National Business Aviation Association's Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), taking place October 14–16, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall. Management of the Company will be available for meetings throughout the conference. Vaunt will also host an exclusive Member Appreciation Event in Las Vegas on Thursday, October 16, celebrating the close of NBAA-BACE and recognizing the platform's growing community of aviation enthusiasts and partners. Vaunt's Members-Only VIP Party will take place from 6:00–9:00 PM PT at The Fireplace Room at Kassi Beach, located at 4455 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV.
