its first $1 billion revenue quarter with Q4 adjusted net revenue of $1.013 billion (up 37% YoY). Profitability and a shift to fee-based, capital-light businesses accelerated: Q4 adjusted EBITDA was $318 million (31% margin) and SoFi posted its ninth consecutive profitable quarter, while quarterly fee-based revenue hit a record $443 million (up 50% YoY) driven by strong Loan Platform Business (LPB) growth. Management gave 2026 targets and a strong capital position—guiding for =30% member growth, ~ $4.655 billion adjusted net revenue, ~$1.6 billion adjusted EBITDA and ~$825 million adjusted net income—after raising $3.2 billion of capital in 2025 and ending the year with $37.5 billion in deposits and $5.4 billion in cash.
