/PRNewswire/ -- S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) (the "Company" or "S&P Global") today announced that it has priced an offering (the "Offering") of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2031 (the "2031 Notes") and $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.800% senior notes due 2035 (the "2035 Notes" and, together with the 2031 Notes, the "Notes") in a private placement transaction pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").
