WICHITA, Kan., April 14, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. [NYSE: SPR] (the "Company") announced today the pricing by Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. ("Spirit"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, of $1.2 billion aggregate principal amount of 7.5% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2025 (the "Notes") in a private offering. The offering was increased to $1.2 billion from the previously announced offering size of $1.0 billion. Spirit plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including to repay all or a portion of its revolver. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about April 17, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. Interest on the Notes will be payable semi-annually on April 15 and October 15 of each year, beginning on October 15, 2020.The Notes will be guaranteed by the Company and Spirit AeroSystems North Carolina, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Spirit (collectively, the "Guarantors"), and sec
