(Nasdaq: SPRC) (“Company” or “SciSparc”), a specialty clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focusing on the development of therapies to treat disorders and rare diseases of the central nervous system, announced today that on October 9, 2025, the Company entered into a definitive asset and share purchase agreement (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which it will receive a controlling interest in Miza III Ventures Inc.
