SPXX offers a flexible 35%-75% overwrite strategy, currently at 60% overwrite, and trades at an attractive -8.53% discount with a 7.63% yield. DIAX and BXMX investors will benefit from SPXX's narrower discount, superior long-term returns, and greater overwrite flexibility post-merger. If I were a shareholder, I would be voting to approve the merger, as SPXX's structure and strategy make it a compelling investment in today's market.
