LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Sempra (“Sempra” or “the Company”) (NYSE: SRE) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Sempra reported Q4 and full year 2024 financial results on February 25, 2025. The Company’s annual revenue missed consensus estimates and it also lowered its earnings guidance.
