The company secured a $100 million strategic financing, including $26 million for the development and commercialization of Surf OS, and a $74 million zero coupon convertible note to refinance debt. Surf Air Mobility Inc ( NYSE:SRFM ) achieved its seventh consecutive quarter of meeting or exceeding revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance, with third-quarter revenue of $29.2 million exceeding expectations. The on-demand business saw a 40% increase in revenue compared to the previous year, driven by a shift to larger aircraft and international flights, resulting in a 14% increase in revenue per flight.
