BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sensus Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRTS), a medical device company specializing in highly effective, non-invasive, minimally-invasive and cost-effective treatments for oncological and non-oncological skin conditions, today announced the filing of a lawsuit in the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, against SkinCure Oncology, LLC (SkinCure) alleging breach of contract related to unpaid amounts owed for Sensus products that have been delivered, accepted and deployed into clinical use.The complaint alleges that SkinCure has failed to remit millions of dollars for medical equipment that SkinCure has used since August 2025, but now refuses to pay in full.
