DALLAS, Dec. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cushing® MLP & Infrastructure Total Return Fund (formerly known as The Cushing® MLP Total Return Fund) (NYSE: SRV) declared a distribution for December 2019 of $0.0903 per common share. The Fund's distribution will be payable on December 31, 2019 to shareholders of record on December 16, 2019. The ex-date for the Fund's distribution is December 13, 2019.It is anticipated but not certain that none of the Fund's distribution will be treated as a return of capital. The final determination of the tax treatment of this and the Fund's other 2019 distributions will be made and reported to shareholders in early 2020, when the Fund determines its earnings and profits for the fiscal year. The final tax status of the Fund's distribution may differ substantially from this preliminary information.
