Email pr@fool.com Full Conference Call Transcript Frederick Eppinger: Thank you for joining us today for the Stewart Information Services Corporation first quarter 2026 earnings conference call. Yesterday, we released the financial results for the first quarter. I will kick off today's call with an overview of our results and our current macro housing outlook, followed by a review of our results and strategic direction by business line. After my remarks, I will turn the call back over to David so he can further cover our results for the quarter. I am very pleased with the results in the first quarter this year. As you know, the first quarter is typically the most impacted by seasonality, and on top of that, the residential transaction activity continued to be at historically low levels. In that environment, we delivered one of the best quarters in the company's history with adjusted EPS of $0.78
