HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SISCO Holdings, LLC, a Delaware company wholly owned by Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE:STC) today announced its entry into an agreement to acquire the mortgage services of Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a property preservation services provider.
