(the “Company” or “Stellar”) (NYSE: STEL) today reported net income of $26.1 million, or diluted earnings per share of $0.51, for the fourth quarter of 2025 and net income of $102.9 million, or diluted earnings per share of $1.99, for the full year 2025.Financial HighlightsStrong Net Interest Income and Margin: Net interest income was $103.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2025 up from $100.6 million for the third quarter of 2025. The tax equivalent net interest margin, excluding PAA (“Purchase Accounting Adjustments”), was 4.06%(1) for the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to 4.00%(1) for the third quarter of 2025.Solid Profitability: Net income for the full year 2025 was $102.9 million, or diluted earnings per share of $1.99, which translated into a return on average assets of 0.97%, a return on average equity of 6.34% and a return on average tangible equity of 11.48%(1).
