(“Streamex” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: STEX), a leader in institutional-grade tokenization of real-world assets and commodity-backed stablecoins, including GLDY, today announced the closing of the sale of 1,750,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with its previously announced underwritten public offering, including a group of technology and mining thought leaders. Together with the 11,666,667 shares issued on January 26, 2026, the Company has now issued a total of 13,416,667 shares of common stock, for total gross proceeds of $40.25 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
