(CSE:HODL) (“SOL Strategies” or the “Company”) today announced that it has launched a private placement of up to C$25,000,000 of units of the Company (the “Units”) pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 –Prospectus ExemptionsEach Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional Common Share (a “Warrant Share”) at an exercise price of C$8.90, representing a 30% premium to the Unit price for a period of 36 months following closing. The Unit price will be C$6.85.The LIFE Offering will be conducted on a best-efforts, fully marketed basis by Canaccord Genuity
