Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa: $6.3 million Stellantis is coming off a massive $26 billion net loss in 2025, driven by the company's costly decision to pivot away from electrification and back to internal combustion engines. Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa has called 2026 Stellantis' “year of execution.” Stellantis paid Filosa about $6.3 million for his work in 2025. That covers only six months of executive compensation, as Filosa took over as CEO June Stellantis paid former CEO Carlos Tavares about $14 million in 2025 after he left the company in December 2024.
