Dodge CEO takes over Chrysler, Alfa after new departure [Yahoo! Finance]

Matt McAlear, the CEO of Dodge, will be adding two more companies to his purview after the departure of Chrysler CEO and North American Alfa Romeo head Chris Feuell. McAlear has worked with Stellantis-affiliated brands for 13 years and has some Chrysler experience. The company said in a news release Thursday, March 5, that he was responsible for the 2016 launch of the all-new Chrysler Pacifica. With Dodge, McAlear has led the launch of the new generation of Dodge Charger in both electric and internal combustion powertrains. He is absorbing the roles previously held by Feuell, who the company said "elected to leave the company for personal reasons." Feuell previously oversaw Chrysler as CEO while simultaneously directing the North American operations of Alfa Romeo. Feuell told the Detroit Free Press she is leaving the company with "immense gratitude," saying she left to spend more time with her family.
