The steel producer posted fourth-quarter net income of $266 million, or $1.82 per diluted share, surpassing the analyst consensus of $1.69 per share. Revenue came in at $4.4 billion, below the $4.53 billion analysts had expected. The company's fourth quarter revenue represented a decrease from the third quarter, when net income was $404 million, or $2.74 per diluted share. "The teams delivered solid operational and financial performance across our operating platforms in 2025," said Mark D. Millett, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "This performance demonstrates the strength and consistency of our cash generation, as we generated $1.4 billion in cash flow from operations during the year." For the full year 2025, Steel Dynamics reported net sales of $18.2 billion, a 3.6% increase compared to $17.5 billion in 2024.
