Aimmune Therapeutics' peanut allergy drug met the main goal of a late-stage study, sending shares sharply higher. The drug developer is in a race with DBV Technologies to become the first treatment for a peanut allergies, which are the leading case of death from food-induced allergic reactions in the United States.
