ATLANTA, Sept. 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BMC Stock Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:BMCH) (“BMC”) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, BMC East, LLC (“BMC East”), priced a private offering of $350.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”). The price to investors will be 100.0% of the principal amount of the Notes. The Company expects to close the offering on September 15, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. BMC intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem all of its outstanding 9.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2018, repay a portion of outstanding borrowings under its senior secured ABL credit facility, the commitments of which will be reduced to $375.0 million in connection with such repayment, and pay related transaction fees and expenses, with any residual net proceeds being used for general corporate purposes.
