Celsion builds on upmove ahead of ThermDox study data; shares ahead 20% after hoursNano cap Celsion (NASDAQ:CLSN) is up20% after hours on robust volume, adding to today's8% move on lighter-than-normal volume. Investors appear to be taking positions ahead a November 27presentation of results from a Phase 1 study, TARDOX, evaluating the feasibility of a ThermoDox/focused ultrasound combination to treat liver tumors. The data will be presented at RSNA in Chicago.The primary endpoint of the study was the doxorubicin concentration in tumor biopsies before and after focused ultrasound-mediated hyperthermia as measured by high performance liquid chromatography.ThermoDox is encapsulated doxorubicin.
