Fed Chair Janet Yellen said on Tuesday the Fed wouldprobably need to lift rates at an upcoming meeting, triggering afirming of the dollar and a rise in global stocks. Budapest's stock index had risen 0.5 percent by 1239GMT, fuelled by gains in OTP, Hungary's biggestlender, whose share price was at its highest since 2007.
