The iShares MSCI South Korea capped ETF (EWY) erased slight gains Tuesday after a report said North Korea can fit nuclear weapons on missiles. The ETF then hit session lows after U.S. President Donald Trump said the U.S. would react with fire and fury to any North Korea threat.
