Privet to acquire Hardinge for $18.50 per share in take-private deal - PE Hub US Edition (daily) Canada Edition (weekly) I accept the Terms and Conditions Privet Fund Management LLC has agreed to acquire Hardinge Inc , a provider of advanced metal-cutting solutions and accessories, for $18.50 per share in cash. The total value of the take-private deal is about $245 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of this year.
