NEW YORK, Aug. 09, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:NHLD) (“National” or the “Company”), a leading full service independent brokerage, investment banking, trading and asset management firm providing diverse services, today announced the expansion of the National Securities team with two key hires. Mr. Jeffrey Sacher joins National Securities Corporation as a Senior Managing Director of OPN Capital Markets, the Healthcare Investment Banking Division of National Securities. Previously, Mr. Sacher served as a Senior Banker at Goldman Sachs, Needham & Co, Aegis Capital and Brean Capital. In addition, Mr. Sacher was the Chief Financial Officer for ViaCell, a stem cell company sold to PerkinElmer. He is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Biology and Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
