KNC Laboratories Co Ltd (6568.T) Key Developments | Reuters.com Feb 14 (Reuters) - KNC Laboratories Co Ltd :Says its stock will begin trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Mothers on March 15, 2018, under the symbol "6568".In its initial public offering, the company will offer a total of 2.3 million common shares, comprised of newly issued 1.4 million shares and privately held 888,000 shares.Says the nominal offering price as of filing date of Registration Statement is 2,340 yen per share with total offering amount will be 5.31 billion yen, and the fixed offering price will be announced at later date.SMBC Nikko Securities Inc, Nomura Securities Co Ltd, SBI Securities Co Ltd and Ace Securities Co Ltd will be the underwriters for this offer.
