HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Natural Resource Partners L.P. (NYSE: NRP) today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a fourth quarter 2017 distribution of $0.45 per common unit for NRP. The distribution will be paid on February 14, 2018 to unitholders of record on February 7, 2018. The Board also declared a fourth quarter distribution of $7.8 million on NRP’s 12.0% Class A Convertible Preferred Units, which will be paid entirely in cash. During February 2018, NRP also intends to redeem all of the 8,845 outstanding preferred units previously paid-in-kind at their par value of $1,000 per unit.
