WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Andrews & Springer LLC, a boutique securities class action law firm focused on representing shareholders nationwide, is investigating potential breach of fiduciary duty claims against the Board of Directors of Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc.
