LOS ANGELES, Dec. 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reed’s Inc. (NYSE American:REED) (“Reed’s” or the “Company”), owner of one of the nation’s leading portfolios of handcrafted, all-natural beverages, today announced that it has adjusted the subscription price and related pricing information for its previously announced rights offering. The subscription pricing is now fixed at $1.50 per unit, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock and 1/2 of a warrant. Each right entitles the holder to purchase one unit at the adjusted fixed subscription price of $1.50 per unit, composed of one share of common stock and 1/2 of a warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one share of common stock at an adjusted exercise price of $2.025 per share for three years from the date of issuance.
